TERROIR 2014
Once a year the world’s greatest chefs and industry leaders in culinary, hospitality and agriculture meet to discuss emerging trends and concerns in the global community. This year renowned Chefs Albert Adria, David Chang, Daniel Boulud, Norman Laprise (just to name a few) were the guest speakers at the symposium. Roy’L Acres micro greens were featured in many of the Chef’s dishes and on display around the event. We were very proud to be part of such an important and influential event promoting the education, networking and creativity of our industry on a global scale.

FEAST IN THE FOREST 2014

SUNDAY, MAY 25th, 2014
This marks the 3rd year for the Kolapore Springs event which brings together local restaurants, shops, artist and musicians for a culinary adventure in the gorgeous Kolapore forest. This year the event was in support of Collingwood's Elephant Thoughts & Thornbury's Beaver Valley Outreach, two local foundations working to improve our communities. Our micro greens and eggs were showcased at our booth and on some of the delicious food. New to the line up this year were a few acclaimed Toronto restaurants such as Cafe Boulud & Richmond Station. It was a great turn out this year with 25 vendors featuring their food, wine and beer to over 300 people! One of our favourite events of the year, and if you missed it this time make sure you get your tickets next year, it's for a great cause!
